『エメラルダス』運航再開見込みについて（お知らせ）

平素より当社をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

現在、『エメラルダス』は、修繕ドックで整備中に、主機（エンジン）の重要な部品に不具合が判明しました。

現在、部品交換などの修繕を進めるとともに、法令に基づく検査をあらためて実施する予定です。

このため、運航再開まで約1か月を要する見込みとなっております。

今後の修繕や検査の状況によっては、運航再開時期が変更となる場合がありますが、再開の見通しが立ち次第、当ホームページで速やかにお知らせいたします。

安全運航を最優先に、一日も早い運航再開に向けて作業を進めてまいります。

ご利用を予定されていたお客様には、多大なるご迷惑とご不便をおかけしておりますことを深くお詫び申し上げます。

Notice of Expected Service Resumption for Emeraldas

Thank you for your continued support.

During scheduled maintenance at the shipyard, an issue was identified with a critical component of the vessel’s main engine.

Repairs, including replacement of the affected part, are currently underway. The vessel will also undergo the inspections required by law before returning to service.

As a result, we currently expect service to resume in approximately one month.

Please note that the expected reopening date may change depending on the progress of the repairs and inspections. We will post updates on our website as soon as a confirmed resumption date becomes available.

The safety of our passengers and crew remains our highest priority, and we are making every effort to resume operations as soon as possible.
